I did a first round interview with the company recruiter which went well. The second round was with the VP of technology which I also thought went well. Two days later I get an email saying that they aren't moving forward. I politely asked for an explanation or reasons why they felt I wasn't a fit but I received no response or feedback. Very unprofessional and it tells me everything I need to know about the place. Glad I am not there.
