I had to apply online and then I got called in for an in person interview. I had to bring along my resume. It was a one on one interview with one of the owners. It was very informal and was more of a conversation. I really enjoyed the interview and thought it was great experience. The owner tried to relate a lot to me. The pay they offer is pretty good too compared to other day camps and the property is very nice as well. It is like a sleepaway camp type atmosphere. I got to go on a tour along with my interview. He told me on the spot that I got the job.

Relatively easy and relaxed, it was just one one-on-one interview, and was notified that I got the job on the spot. No need to dress up. Just be you, the interviewers are very nice, and most people get the job I've heard.
