The interview process is a 30 minute, face to face interaction with the store manager or assistant manager. The questions are based around customer service and behavioral situations. You are required to describe real life experiences, how you handled the situation, and the outcome. A short role play is conducted so you can get an idea of what the company exPierence standards are and how they expect you to interact with customers.

Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
