Entretien
They do group and individual interviews. I had a group interview because they were opening a new store. They ask you to sell a random item on the table( a wine glass etc). They present you with scenarios and ask you how you would sell, upsell, or reccomend items to the customer.
Note: you do not need design skills to work here. Your primary job is just to assist the customer like any other sales associate position. You learn a lot with time.

Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
