Interview consisted of a phone call and in-store interview. The interview was 30 minutes and was very conversational and relaxed. Most of the questions were very behavioral and easy to answer.

Entretien
First I stopped by the store & spoke with an employee. They gave me a printed page with the website to go to. I filled out application & assessment on-line, called after 1 week to make sure manager aware of my interest, after 2 weeks, I was called for interview.
The manager was very nice & said he started working there for same reason I am interested...they have so many beautiful products...products I would have no trouble selling.
