I applied online and was called to get up a group interview. There were three other people plus the manager who interviewed us. We were all asked the same questions and all had a chance to answer. A few days later I received a call that I had the job.

We had to go out in the store and role play (try to sell something to the manager). The manager acted like an interested customer, we had to help her, suggest something, or talk about the P1RCC benefits.

Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
