I put in an application online and they called me the next day to set up an interview. The whole process was very friendly, the manager there was great. It's a 1 on 1 interview just loaded with questions.

I don't remember anything exactly, it's all basic stuff. The only thing that was hard for me to answer was something along the lines of how I was going to talk people into getting a pier 1 Imports credit card when they didn't want one.

Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
