I went into Pier 1 and filled out an application. They also gave me the job description to read over to make sure this was something I was interested in persuing. What I liked about this process is that they allowed you to come in and talk to a person, instead of an online/computer automated system

How would I handle a customer who came in and was upset?
They asked 5 basic questions then asked me to speak about myself and my previous position. They asked where I saw myself in 5, 10 then 15 years. After I responded, they gave me their insight

I was asked questions about how I interact with customers from a customer service standpoint. I was called in to interview about a week after I applied online. The interview took less than one hour.
