The process began with a recruiter screening interview (the first of which he missed without explanation), panel interview with shift leaders and a manager, followed by a one-on-one with second manager.
The panel seemed disagreeable to me. No humor or personality other than a touch of aggression. I decided after that phase the team and I wouldn't be a good fit.
The second manager made assurances they would be in touch either way, which didn't happen. For closure, I emailed the recruiter 2 weeks afterward and he blew me off with a rejection form letter, not bothering to fill in the "[Position Title]" prompt.
