They gave me a questionnaire to fill in the first round containing several questions related to my background. Later ghosted me with no reply. I tried reaching back to the Indian recruiter who was hiring but no reply.

They speak really good but when it comes to the next step, they are worst. No proper response is there.
1. No professionallism
2. It is not only with one person, it is happening with all the Junior & Senior HR.
3. I guess they might train their HR Team in a way.
