At the first round of the technical discussion I was asked some of the Questions from my domain. Interview went well. The second interview was HR.
HR suddenly at the middle of the interview started to record me, we were on video conference, without my permission. I was amazed to witness this level of unprofessionalism, how unethical it was. Why would they do it because they know people leave them and when they do they have all the things to threaten them with. They offered me a high package. I researched about the company and I was satisfied that this is nothing but trap. They spoke about bond and penalty, they told me they have this bond so that after joining people don't leave. People don't leave just after joining until they know what they have got themselves into. After all research it was pretty common sense just not only to decline their offer but to decline even receiving the offer letter.
Three-round interview: two technical and one HR. Focused on JavaScript fundamentals, OOPS, Vue.js lifecycle, closures, and a practical debugging round using a Vue project repository. Interviewers assessed problem-solving, code understanding, Vue project structure, real-world debugging skills, and overall communication.

El proceso de selección fue excesivamente largo y poco claro. Realicé más de cuatro entrevistas y durante el proceso me solicitaron incluso una carta de renuncia de mi empleo actual como parte de un supuesto background check, dándome a entender que la vacante ya estaba prácticamente cerrada.
Durante más de mes y medio me mantuvieron con la expectativa de que el ingreso era seguro, mencionando únicamente que faltaban “detalles mínimos” para iniciar. Sin embargo, nunca hubo una comunicación clara ni oportuna.
Al final, no recibí ningún aviso formal por parte de la empresa. Fue únicamente después de que yo pregunté qué había sucedido que me informaron que el cliente había cancelado la vacante, sin mayor explicación.
Considero que la falta de comunicación y la manera en que se manejó el cierre del proceso fue poco profesional y puede afectar seriamente a los candidatos, especialmente cuando se les pide tomar decisiones importantes sobre su empleo actual.
