Very laid-back. Lots of behavioral questions and questions about my prior experience. I came in a suit and tie, the partner was wearing a t-shirt and jeans. It wasn't a very long interview, maybe 30 minutes tops. The partners got back to me within the week with an offer and I started training with the other office manager shortly thereafter.
