Entretien
Phone interview first. Next was in person interview. Next was job offer. It was average experience. Not too much pressure. They were helpful and not scary. I interviewed at their main office in Overland Park. Had a hard time finding it but finally did.

My interview started with a meeting with the CEO Christine. Christine was earnest, kind and straightforward. She asked me about my work history, availability and I could tell she wanted to get an overall feel for my personality. It was quick, not even lasting more than 30 minutes. Very easy as well, in fact, too easy by the huge amount of people who’ve made it it that don’t even last two weeks. I know that they now do groups interviews, and have candidates interview with multiple people who ask the same questions, yet, we still keep getting people who don’t last.
