I had a brief phone interview after a couple back and forth emails. Then they offered for a interview with the hiring manager that same day as the phone interview just about an hour and a half later it was my choice to do it that way after about 45 minutes on a zoom interview which went amazingly. I was offered the position I accepted and will be doing new hire paperwork and everything in person next month. Super excited to start this venture
