I applied via a aob seeking website, the process took about 4 weeks.
First interview was with the the head of Market Risk Analysis team, two weeks later another interview with the Chief Risk Officer and a week later the final interview HR department.

Mostly about the VaR model (specifically Monte Carlo Simulations) and statistics. A few questions about Intrest Rate & Credit derivatives.
