Talent Acquisition messaged me to discuss a Business Data Analyst position. I replied with my availability. A couple days went by and I received no response. I then saw they scheduled an Indeed interview for Thursday at 1:30am EDT. Are you kidding me? That's a very inconvenient time for someone based in the United States Eastern Time Zone. Further research showed the person who set it up was based in India, so I thought ok maybe it's just their initial hiring practice -- a one time thing. I accepted the interview request and made arrangements to be able to attend. Thursday, 1:30am EDT rolled around and nobody showed up. At 1:40am EDT I messaged the person who initially set it up to ask if we were still meeting to discuss the position. There was no response. To this day there has been no response. In summary, Phoenix Innovations reached out to me about a position I was a great fit for but rather than accommodate my schedule they set something up that was most convenient for them and then ultimately never showed up nor responded to my emails. Based off my first impression I wasn't all that excited about the whole thing, but I thought maybe they could change my mind. Instead they only confirmed it. Don't waste your time with this place.

HR- technical review- a teams call with basic questions on expectations and salary and visa related questions 30mins L1 technical- non coding ( super friendly experience, coolest ever interview) 1 hour but finished in 45mins L2 Technical- coding based( it was good experience overall, simple and smooth) 45mins Management round- a friendly phone call
