I met with 2 friendly HR professionals who were warm and welcoming. Ahead of the interview I was sent the list of questions that were going to be asked which was helpful given my disability. The process was your standard sort of interview with no tricks/curve balls.

What interests you in the role? Human Resources is process driven. What do you do when you find that a process isn’t working in the way you need it to? Can you describe a time you have had to support a difficult stakeholder? How did you handle this and what was the outcome? What does great customer service look like to you in HR? How would you make remote working successful for you, and who/how will you build relationships? What do you consider to be your main areas for development and what are your career aspirations?
