We arranged for a phone interview but the HR representative ended up forgetting to call me. We then rescheduled but only after I reminded her of her mistake. After that I went into the office for a quick in-person interview with the woman from HR and about a week later I had a second round interview with the the two most senior guys, one of which is the founder. The founder was nice but in retrospect he wasn't very honest - he made it sound like he'd be around often to help me get situated, which certainly wasn't the case. The other guy asked me some pretty strange questions that didn't really seem that related to the job.

Interview with HR, followed by other energy consultant, then CEO. Very informal. They did not ask any technical questions, only questions about personal background. This was one of the easier interviews I have ever done.
