The initial interview is a group zoom call where a member of the company will talk to a big group of potential candidates about how you make money at this company. Very little of the 30 minute talk actually discusses what the company does but focuses on how you can earn as much money as you want. After 30 minutes in the group, you go into breakout rooms with other team members and have a quick interview about you as an individual and how you can fit their mold.
