Did a personality quiz before a one on one interview with the senior executive. Friendly pleasant and not so formal interview, I did not feel stressed or pressured. He did look through all the documents they made me bring (transcripts, references and all) and questioned me on some of my experiences
Quick 2 rounds and concluded within 1 week. Offer was verbally given in the same week as well. First round with 2 interviewers and second/last round with the director. Interview questions were quite standard and drill more into the CV and JD.
