I applied online and received feedback the next day. After a week, they invited me to take part in an online assessment which included a numerical and a verbal test. One day after the assessment, Philips invited me to a phone interview with a recruiter from the Netherlands. The interviewer was very friendly and did not ask any mean questions. The next step after the phone interview would be a 2 day assessment center, in my case taking place in Hamburg - however I was not invited. All in all a positive experience.
