Applied through Philips website and was contacted by a recruiter. Completed a basic phone interview and was asked to sit down with the supervisor. Scheduled a interview with the supervisor who was happy with my answers so he brought in the manager they asked a few more questions and asked when i would be able to start. Supervisor then walked me around the facility to get an idea of my responsibilities and introduced to me to some of the people I would be working with.
