Through agency my CV was forwarded straight to the hiring manager. I had interview withing a week. The interview with hiring manager was very interesting. He genuinely showed interest on my PhD work and the total interview felt like a very good professional conversation. Within 3 weeks I got to know that I am moving forward to a second interview with four other specialist and I will have to spend one hour with each of hem seperately. Interview is in 3 weeks. Fingers crossed

Entretien
Things went smooth with HR, but totally unexpected with the hiring manager. First the HR scheduled the different time to me and the hiring manager. I guess that's why the hiring manager was kind of anxious and impatient during the interview and did not listen to me. From the job description it is more about a product development engineer. The hiring manager was not interested in either my research background, nor what I have completed. Keep interrupting me. The questions was nothing like the description. And at last even asked me a semiconductor manufacture question, which I don't know what's related to the job at all. I don't have any related experience on that so for sure it was a rejection. But next time, please put your description same as what the job is really looking for and please communicate with your own personnel that they know what to screen for. Otherwise people who are not related will spend days to prepare and then waste both of your time.

Entretien
was a phone interview with HR and technical manager. Technical interview wasn't difficult and was reasonable. HR questions are basically about attitude and approach.
