1st round: CV check , you need to have at least somhow previous internship experience to attrack HR
2 st round: HR is very nice and will skype to you and asking some basic behavior questions
3st round: case interview. your hiring manager will give you a case and you will analyze it and present it during the face to face interview

Interview with a manager in Amsterdam HQ after a phone screening from HR. The interview was 40 minutes long, standard questions in the beginning regarding my cv, studies and past experience. Problem solving questions related to the specific role (marketing intelligence). An excel case study (vlookup,sumif, pivot tables) for 20 minutes with 5 questions.
