It was quite personal and pleasant, it seems like they dont want to put effort to teach and let intern grow, :( they want someone who had the exact skillset which they were looking for. I was too honest about the my data analytics skill. Told them my passion was not at data and numbers. :(

Interview went great and I was offered the job by the hiring managers who were extremely nice and accommodating. The HR person contacted me more than a month after I had already received my offer. He prolonged the process as much as he could and in the end told me that it would not be possible to get me a visa for the internship even though I had provided all the required documents. I had already rejected 2 other offers during this time. Extremely unprofessional behavior and would not recommend ESPECIALLY to international applicants.
