Scheduled directly by Philips HR team. This was my first interview for product based company and it went amazingly well. Its a two day interview. HR was prompt in answering all my questions related to role and other JD related. I attended 3 rounds of interview. A written(Written on SAS) followed by Case study (Actually 2 case studies - one on Business and other on Statistics). On Day 2 i was called for a manager round(Team manager) and again the interview was based on some business and technicval stuff (Mostly business). I dint get selected but this was one of the best interviews i have had. No bluffing up around topic. They know what they need and they strictly asked questions on requirement(FYI - this was not my experience with other companies). Overall experience was good.
