I was applying for Sampoerna Graduate Trainee Program in Jakarta on 2024. After the application sent online, they will send you an online interview link using HireVue. The interview was asynchronous, where the interview questions were predefined by recorded video. At least 5 questions have to be answered with 3 minutes duration for shooting your answer. Most of the question were situational question where you have to describe how you work and the problem solving effort you did in that certain situation. You are able to re-record your video once per question. There were also another interview with HR after FGD and presentation.

7 questions in total. You can check their Glassdoor first, then click on the interview section—there will be a few questions you can prepare for hahaha. It mostly uses the STAR structure (don't forget to filter the interview section, like by location and the position you're applying for). What I really like is that they give feedback in the form of insights based on our answers!!!! So we're not just talking; we're actually being analyzed, and we get to know what we'd be like in a work environment—like how we work independently, with a team, and how we process the information we have.
