first round meeting the hiring manager had no format and didn't ask me any questions. They want to see how you will respond. Very Awkward.
Next was meeting the VP of sales. This was a traditional behaviorial interview. Next was with the head solution consulting, she asked culture type questions. For example, what does Responsibility mean to you.....
Then the final step is a presentation where they give you a sample client and situation where they ask to present to them as if they are the client. If you make it this far-- do am fake ROI. I was not given an investment amount but asked whey I didn't do an ROI. I could tell based on that question I wasn't getting the offer, but to top it off they completely ghosted me and never let me know either way. I have heard that company isn't great to work for, but I was willing to give it a try as I love the HR Tech space and think I am pretty resilient and can be successful in most situations, but that is very unprofessional.
