First screened by hiring manager via a phone interview. Was invited for an in-person interview with several people. It was one-on-one, 30 min slots. People asked the same type of questions (technical + personality). Some interviewers were more relaxed whereas I felt like I was being drilled by others. They seem to prefer people without advanced degrees. Work environment seems nice and they do retain most of their employees.
