I had a one way video interview which was followed by a teams call with the prospective hiring managers to show the lab facilities and to get to know myself and other candidates. The following day I had an interview where I was expected to produce a short presentation on a chemistry topic, I was asked a few questions following this and then I had further technical and competency based questions.
