It was a very straightforward process. It I remember correctly, there was an HR screen followed by a behavioral interview. Questions were mostly about how you work on a team and your professional goals.
Really straight forward , interviewed with a few members of the team I would eventually work with. They ask you to speak directly to things you mention in your cover letter, so be able to speak in depth on your own experience.

I got an email about three weeks after submitting my application and was invited to interview via Zoom since I wasn't located in the DC area. The interview was pretty casual and they had reviewed my resume and contacted my references prior to our meeting.
