Casual and laid back. After applying online, received a call from the market manager for an interview, which we set up for later in the week. Met in the store and we quickly established a great rapport, based on mutual experiences in the pet industry. I felt this helped me a lot in getting hired, because I cannot recall any grilling questions. It was more of a 2 way conversation about pets in general, retail competition, management styles. After the interview, I was told to expect a call within a week, and indeed I received one telling me I would get a call from the corporate office for a low-key discussion. This call was more informative about the company and its goals and not really an additional interview. I received an offer a few days later, which I happily accepted.

Easy, and pleasant ask questions that you would know didn't take long at all easy going nice just be yourself answer based on your experience with other jobs you have held...............................
