Initial screening call went well, got a chance to find out more about the company, a good first round. The second round to talk technical with the CTO was possibly one of the worst interviews I've had. He was late to the call, showed no enthusiasm, barely asked me any questions and was incredibly vague when he did. It was clear from the off he was coming in with a negative attitude and had his mind already made up before I spoke a word, so no surprise they didn't continue the process. Don't bother applying.

Completed the first stage interview which seemed to go well, got sent the tech test to complete which I completed but even after submitting and chasing up later on I got no update.

No show from CTO. No comms. Had a great initial call with the Talent Lead. He then set me up with a call with the CTO which never materialised. I reached out to the Talent person only to find he was no longer working at PetsApp. Reached out a few times to CTO but had no replies. Initially, I got the impression they were geared up to hire quickly - seems it's not the case.
