Entretien
1. firstly it was CGPA screening, only above 2.75 manage to be shortlisted
2. then there was another screening which is an Ability Test - to answer both English and Math 20 questions in 10 minutes.
3. after that it was a Structured Interview - we are suppose to elaborate and give opinions in case studies given to us, current issues knowledge is very important in this stages. next is a role play session, we will be given a card of the role play situation. the most important in this stage is stay calm and act professionally, be rational in every decision made for the sake of saving business reputation. Last but not least ,we will be asked few questions like a typical interviews -about our strengths/weakness, future career aspirations etc.

Entretien
I was not in Malaysia and had to do an online interview with the team involved in unconventional operations. The interview was fairly simple with basic behavioral and technical questions about oil and gas.
