Additionally, I was asked to “tell me about yourself” four separate times, including twice during lunch, which felt repetitive and poorly coordinated. The role requires full-time relocation to Guildford and mandates five days a week in the office. The management style felt outdated, reminiscent of workplace norms from two decades ago, which may not suit professionals seeking a modern, flexible environment
