First approach was from agency who submitted my cv. Then a 30 min telephone interview with project director - bit disorganised and unstructured. After 4 weeks of silence I was asked to fly to Sharjah for interview where I was scheduled to meet a series of people over two days - project director - engineering manager - hr manager - lots of time wasting and could have been completed in 1 day. But I left with a written offer.
