Initially, shortlisting was handled through the college hiring partner, which involved clearing an aptitude, technical test. Once I cleared those tests, Petrabytes Corp managed the remaining stages of the selection process. The main discussion during the interview revolved around the assignments. The tasks were centered on Python and Java, and expected a basic grasp of programming. Assignment 1 tested core programming fundamentals, while Assignment 2 was aligned with the company’s primary domain and work. Overall, it was a positive and engaging interview experience.
