There are rejections that feels professional and motivating and there are ones that aren't. I think the company has some ego problem where they make you prepare for a 2 hour presentation but interrupt your presentation every 5 mins and just reject the candidate after the unprofessional and ego filled "presentation" interview. Good luck building out a team with that prideful attitude and honestly glad I dodge a bullet. The recruiter was the most professional one of all.

Pick a topic of your choice and do a 20 mins presentation but we will interrupt you every 2 mins to ask you questions that's prepared in the later slide. No direction on what to prepare but obviously they want to see very specific presentation and good luck having a bad time "presenting" to a ego fueled team.
