The process in itself was fairly brief. They needed staff for a big event and so there's was quite a few turn ups for the jobs offered. It was quite a competitive environment, however it was not as stressful once the actual interview started as it seemed as the interviewer were looking for spirited and sound minded employees to accomplish the tasks and satisfy their required standards, with down to earth questions and simple problem solving questions.
