Interview with Recruiter, HR, District Manager, Last but not least an interview with the RVP, Then wait for background check and drug screen to come back. It can take a couple weeks to get results if you have moved a few times in the past 7 years.

It was a standard Recruiter interview and then standard situational interview with the territory general manager and the District general manager. They asked about different animals you were comfortable handling.
*disclaimer, was an internal promotion. 2 interviews. First with District Manager, second with market manager and head of HR for territory. Second interview felt very store specific. Was focused on conflict resolution amongst associates in the store.

Long interview process but very good recruiters and interview questions average industry benefits and pay didn't have a great range in the research I did you would do good if you have a strong sales personality to sell their new VCP package
