Interviewer walked me around the store asking questions that she read off a sheet of paper. At one point she had me try to sell her a bag of dog treats. At the end she told me she'd call by the end of the week; she called me the next day to tell me I was hired.

The interview was about 30 minutes long. I was asked about prior work experience and they got back to me very quickly after calling my references. Interview asked standard questions.

Short about 15 minutes, common interview questions, informative of day-to-day tasks, talk about availability. Come prepared and bring resume. Be energetic and joyful about customer service. They are looking for friendly individuals with motivation to sell and provide good customer service
They offered me an interview relatively fast, within a week of applying. I told the interviewer my experience caring for my dogs and my volunteer work at a wildlife sanctuary.
They generally want to know your experience with animals and customer service skills.
