Applied on site, never got a call back or email replying to my application. Was told that I would get an answer in a few days following submitted resume. Wasn’t told anything.

Entretien
First a screening phone call interview. They also email you to set up a good appointment time for you to speak to them. After that they forwarded my resume to the location I applied.
Then I did an in person interview.

Just be confident and express much interest. They will only assess you on your ability to work as a team, be able to work with customers, and are willing to learn new things.
