I got rejected after 6 rounds. Looking back, I realized 6 rounds for a job that wasn't going to be the CEO of the company was a major red flag. It was supposed to be 4 rounds, but they decided to add 2 more because the manager wanted me to meet with the director and leads. It took 3 weeks for them to get back to me just to tell me I lost to an internal candidate. They clearly did not care about my time and I have NEVER in my life have gone that many rounds for any position. This speaks volume about their company culture. They even asked me to send past projects to them. At the end of the day, I think I dodged a bullet from this company.

Email and then phone call with the recruiter. After you pass that round then you meet the manager and a panel interview. Depending on the role and where you are based the last interview may be in office. The panel interview is the most challenging because 3 people try to intimate you...bizarre as we are all professionals.

Entretien
I had an initial email exchange followed by a phone call with the recruiter, during which I was informed that this was a new role and that I could expect an update within a week. After not hearing back, I followed up a week later and was told the process was still pending on the hiring manager's end. I followed up once more the following week, but unfortunately did not receive any response. While the phone interview itself was fine and fairly general, the overall communication throughout the process was disappointing. As a candidate, a basic update — even a brief one — should be standard courtesy.
