I've applied to PetSmart for over a year. Finally got a call back, she asked me some questions over the phone. The interview was scheduled for 11:00am, I was there at 10:50. The lady told me to wander the store and they'd find me at 11. I left after waiting for almost an hour.
If they can't even interview people on time (which is extremely inconsiderate and rude), I can't imagine what working for them is like. If they HAD interviewed me, I certainly wouldn't have accepted an offer.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
