I applied online and got a call less than a week later. Went into my interview with the store manager and another worker. They looked at my application and asked personal life questions (strengths, weaknesses, what was a big challenge for you in life ect..) The interview didnt take longer than 20 minutes and they said they will go over everything and give me a call for a second interview and drug test if I was concidered for the position.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
