Met with Senior Leadership and the Sales manager. Their questions were all pretty basic interview questions.
When I asked my final question of the sales manager, he floored me with his response (negatively).
I asked about management style, etc....
The I asked "Why should I work for you personally?"
He then tried to turn it as to why do I want to work for him. I asked him this question so to know what his investment was in the people under him. He had no clue as to why I should work for him.
I have had too many bad managers, they have no vision, no purpose and they believe that the sales force is there to provide them with an income and bonuses.

Entretien
Phone screen, then meeting with sales manager and billing manager. I was hired through an employment agency, so did all computer testing etc through them before getting to the interview.
