My interview process at Personio was probably the most professional, warm, and candidate-friendly experience I've ever had. The recruiters were polite, friendly, and thorough with all the details. I met with the hiring manager for a friendly conversation, and did two technical rounds (a system design question and a coding challenge). I was given plenty of knowledge ahead of time to help me prepare. I finally met with the department head for a final conversation. Everyone really made me feel welcome.
