They ask a lot of very good questions and really get to know the kind of person you are as well as what your work ethic looks like. They share a lot about their company's values and see how yours align with theirs to see if you would be a good fit. Relationships seems to be important so they make sure that people get along and it is not just about a paycheck.

They have an 80/20 philosophy meaning 80% of the time they want you to be doing what you love and 20% of the time you might have to do tasks you aren't so fond of. They asked me what my 80/20 looks like.
