The interview process was really good. They wanted to know how much knowledge I have about electric vehicles and Perodua itself. They were also asking questions regarding my skills and previous experiences.

Good procedure from the beginning, fill up form and answer a few set of questions including do essay until Question and Answer session with the panels. The management also show good examples to me. They entertain all the candidates with good and kind. i really loves the way they handle all the candidates.

I send my resume to Perodua Head Quarters by hand,
I received a call 2 weeks later to ask me to come for interview.
2 Steps of Interview,
1st step :
writing and oral interview with Human Resources ( Executive level only )
I was offered 3 Engineer Position ( R&D, Production, Maintenance ) ( Obviously need to choose only 1 and i choose Production since i hate R&D jobs , i dont want to commit working on leave day if i choose maintenance )
2nd step : oral interview with Production Bosses, ( Manager, General Manager ) Human Resources ( Executive , Manager )
