Applied for the role online in September and was sent an invitation to complete a digital interview. I went to the effort of preparing for and participating in this online interview. Once submitted, I received an automated email with 'A representative from Pernod Ricard will contact you about next steps.' It is now November, and I have not heard a thing. Not even an automated rejection email. This is very disrespectful and a waste of candidates time.
